What We Collect

Under U.S. state privacy laws, we do not "sell" or "share" personal information. When handling customer data, we act as a "service provider" or "processor."

Security & Data Retention

We employ reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is foolproof. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide Services or meet legal obligations. Backup copies may persist briefly for disaster recovery.

Request data. The inputs and outputs of a request are stored so they appear in your dashboard history. For requests created on or after the date this policy takes effect, they are retained for 180 days by default and then removed; requests created before that date are retained until you delete them. You can shorten retention for an individual request, opt out of storing inputs and outputs altogether, or set an account-wide default in your dashboard settings.

Generated media. Files a model produces are hosted on our CDN and retained until you delete them, unless you set an expiration on the request that created them, in which case they are deleted automatically when it lapses. Files you upload as inputs are kept until you remove them, because more than one request may rely on the same upload.

Deleting request data. You can delete an individual request's inputs, outputs and generated files at any time, from your dashboard or through the API. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. The records we need for billing and legal obligations — a request's timestamp, model and price — are kept after its content is removed.

Children's Privacy

We do not intentionally collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe we have done so, please contact [email protected] and we will promptly delete it.
